  Any quibbles we had with the manufacturer were more than compensated by the professionalism of the builder. I've done quite a few building projects over the years, and these guys were as good as they come. Promises were kept, they were polite and flexible with last minute changes, and the quality of work ticked all the boxes. I'd describe them as reliable, professional and headache free.

  Amazing service from start to finish!
  After many months being stuffed around and ripped off by another dodgy shed installer, my first meeting with Rachel she did more in a week than the previous had done in 9 months. She helped me with council permits, and went out of her way to get all the transfers organized from the previous fiasco. I'm really satisfied with the shed quality, installation and the short amount of time it took to complete. They worked with me on every aspect of the build including design. I highly recommend them to anyone and I've got another build coming up with them. Thanks Shed Company.

  When I first engaged The Shed Company, I did not think they would be interested in building the pergola and deck I so badly wanted after being rejected by other builders due to the complexity of the build. Mark was so understanding and even after numerous emails back and forth with my council (a couple of times the council had stated they lost the information) he did not give up and my pergola was approved. But that was just the beginning of the high level of professionalism I received.
  
  Once, we began getting into the small details of the build, Mark showed a level of patience I have not witnessed before, dealing with the lack of knowledge I had in building, even though I went back and forth on colours numerous times and extended the deck to double the size.
  
  Then, during the build after I removed a tree, we found out that the previous owners of my property used this tree to support the fence. Mark came to the rescue again and organised a new Colorbond fence that I love as much as the pergola and deck itself.
  
  All I can say, Mark and The Shed Company thank you so much. My wife and I pretty much live out here now and it’s like we’ve finally got the house we always wanted and to anyone thinking of a similar build, please speak to The Shed Company, I promise you won’t be disappointed.

  We required a very big multi level shed/workshop to be built. The team at The Shed Company Wallan worked with us to provide exactly what we needed , giving us good advice and suggesting improvement on our spec. They came out to our site to get the right perspective and then they got to work and designed a “from scratch” individual customised building for us. Once we signed off on the design, there was nothing more that we needed to do, they arranged the local government requirements , the inspection , the construction and the whole job was taken care of in a timely and professional manner. I can’t recommend them any higher, we are delighted with their processes and the quality of the finished product. Well done, thank you. LD

  Positive experience, the work was neat, quality of construction excellent, they left the site tidy and clearly took pride in their work. Sometimes comms between us, the client and the office and overall construction supervisor could have been better as it appeared that we had to initiate contact/action on a number of occasions. I acknowledge two issues, our council is well known to be difficult to deal with and at the time we were dealing with COVID and all that it entailed at that time. I would definitely build with this team again, very satisfied with the end result.
