  We purchased two toasted sandwiches that were covered in a mass of black burnt stuff so we took them back and told the blonde haired lady that there is burnt stuff all over them, watching her as she screwed her face up saying that it was not rust as she changed the toasting trays revealing the old tray covered in old burnt food that covered over half the tray.
  When the fresh ones were ready and in a paper bag she dropped them on the counter in front of us without saying anything and walked away.
  Rude awful service. Will never go their again
