  Usually the cheapest place to get fuel in Wallan but unfortunately the manual car wash facilities have not been working well lately (May-June 2020) with no soap, coins swallowed, loads of mud! Competing car wash at the other end of Wallan's main street is much better so now I go there instead!

  Poor quality of Fuel, used to fill up car here quite often but found out the reason why my car was misfiring was due to poor quality of fuel, filling elsewhere car has been running fine, Avoid United service stations

  I have put up with the abysmal service from this service station for long enough. I only come back because my company provide me with a United Fuel card. Seriously, how can anyone be so bad at training and monitoring staff?? I note there are so many similar reviews as mine bemoaning the rude service offered, yet the quality of service continues to reach new lows. This morning I called in to refuel. The very young male attendant who looked 18 attended me. I asked him if the coffee machines are working as one had a message on the screen that it needed emptying and the other one had a blank screen. He muttered something about them being fine and I had to insist they were not. After sometime ( no one else at counter) he came out and emptied the grounds of one of the machines and it then started working again. I then went to pay for fuel, no greeting, no thank you and no receipt even though I requested one. He simply started to walk off. I asked him again for a receipt and this time he printed a copy for me. I reminded him I needed to pay for my coffee which he had already put through but hadn’t bothered to tell me. I paid for it and asked him if the car wash was working? He said nah. I asked him when it would be operational again as it is always out of service and his response? ‘I wouldn’t have a clue’… seriously. This is consistent with the lack of care displayed by the staff at this garage including the young girl who is often working here and on her phone and chewing away and never offering a thank you or a please. I shall now vote with my $$$ and seek an alternative garage. Enough is enough. The franchisee of this garage needs to start respecting that customers deserve to be treated with respect and appreciation and not taken for granted.

  Very bad customer service and no respect staff and manager rude and pie’s they are cooking morning 4.30 am and they are selling same pie’s upto next day 4 am
